Every product we sell comes with a manufacturer warranty. When something's not right, we work with you — and the brand — to sort it out quickly and fairly.

Manufacturer warranty

What's covered.

Every product sold by Hydro Depot is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage periods and terms vary by brand — typically 12 months to 5 years depending on the product. We act as your first point of contact and work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve any issue.

Contact us with proof of purchase

Your order number or receipt is all we need to get started. Email, call, or pop into the store.

Describe the fault or issue

Photos really help — they speed up assessment and let us diagnose without waiting for the unit to arrive.

We'll assess and advise

We get back to you with next steps. In most cases we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund directly.

What happens next: For most products we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund directly from the store. For some brands we'll need to lodge the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf — either way, we'll keep you informed throughout and chase up on your behalf.

In-store repairs

Bring it in — we'll have a look.

We offer in-store assessment and repair for grow lights, ballasts, controllers, and other electrical equipment. Bring the unit in to our Tweed Heads South store and our team will assess it.

Repair turnaround depends on parts availability. We'll give you an honest assessment and a quote before any work begins — no surprises.
