Same-Day Local Delivery

Tweed Heads & Gold Coast

Order before 2:00pm Monday–Friday or before 12:00pm Saturday and we'll have it on your doorstep the same day. Delivered via Uber Direct. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Returns

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Change of mind

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return postage is at the customer's cost. Contact us before sending anything back.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Nutrients & consumables

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened nutrients, additives, or growing media unless the product is faulty.
